Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm spending Thanksgiving day with friends, as my family is all far away. I'll be taking Smoked Chile Scalloped Sweet Potatoes. Hopefully the other guests will forgive the lack of the usual marshmallow topped offering! I'm also taking some cranberry scones so my hostess will have something to feed her houseguests on Friday morning. On this Thanksgiving Day, as on all days, I'm thankful for every moment of my life!
